If,within ninety (90) days after a completed Repair Service, the LG Product fails to work properly and the failure is related to the prior Repair Service and no new repair issues have arisen during said time frame, you agree that LG may, at its sole discretion, provide another Repair Service at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund of the service fee paid by you to LG in connection with the Repair Service provided.Within ninety (90) days of the Repair Service, if any new issue(s)does not result from or arise from the prior Repair Service, you may elect to have further Repair Service performed to address the new issue(s), for the payment of additional fees to cover parts and labor, provided that LG Technician determines further Repair Service is practical. 3.LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE REPAIR SERVICE.Any completed Repair Service is warranted for ninety (90) days (parts and labor) from the date of the Repair Service.The Repair Service warranty applies only to Out-of-Warranty Product Repair Service and covers only replacement of functional part(s) installed on your Product, not covered under the factory warranty or another extended service contract.LG Technician will accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), checks or cash as your method of payment. Customer (or “You”) will be solely responsible for all charges associated with cosmetic and consumable parts and TV panel.New or refurbished parts may be used, at LG’s option for the Out-of-Warranty Repair Service (the “Repair Service”).The Fees and Charges are subject to change without notice.

1.FEES AND CHARGES.Depending on the Product(s), labor and functional part charges will vary between $150.00 and $250.00 (the “Flat Rate”).Parts not covered by the Flat Rate include cosmetic parts, consumable parts, and TV panel.Before you schedule an appointment, please review the terms and conditions of this service. Out-Of-Warranty Repair Service Repair Service delivered by LG Direct ServiceA factory trained LG Direct Service Technician will provide Out-of-Warranty Repair Service for your LG Product, if available in your location. Out-Of-Warranty Repair Service Repair Service delivered by an LG Authorized Service CenterIf an LG Authorized Service Center is providing repair service, you must contact them directly to understand all applicable service fees and charges.

In Warranty Repair Service For in warranty repair service you must provide a copy of your purchase receipt at the time of service. Review the LG Onsite Repair Service Policy for service performed onsite at the customer location.
